SPANISH FOR VELVET – 20% CABERNET SAUVIGNON –30% MALBEC- 50% PETIT SIRAH brings together these two intensely flavorful RED wines 

100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON - One of the most significant qualities of Cabernet Sauvignon is its ability to age well in fact it will improve significantly in taste after extended aging. Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of subtlety, but is one of the more complex and layered wines.

100% CABERNET FRANC - Medium body, soft tannins, silky texture, peppery, elegant and appetizing.

TAWNY PORT – CABERNET SAUVIGNON, CABERNET FRANC, MERLOT, PINOT NOIR BLEND -  is a SEMI-DRY LIGHT PORT with four single year vintage classic red varietals.  

COUSINS OF BORDEAUX –55% CABERNET SAUVIGNON - 45% MERLOT - combines these cousins of Bordeaux to produce a delightful blend of aromas and taste.

100% PETIT SIRAH - A refreshing crisp Rose' with smooth tannins. Rosé wine is created from grape juice soaked in the skins for a very short period. As soon as the juice begins to take on the beautiful pink color the skins are removed and the juice is allowed to ferment, creating delicious rosé.

100% VIOGNIER -  is a light body white wine with a lush, soft charater with notes of peach, pears and violets.

GRANDEST OF THE WHITES  

45% VIOGNIER, 20% CHARDONNAY,   35% CHARDONEL BLEND - combines the grandest of the WHITES to produce a refreshingly full body, dry, crisp, white wine.  

100% CHARDONEL - is a hybrid grape from the French American hybrid Seyval Blanc and the classic vitis vinifera Chardonnay. A full body wine made dry,a bouquet of shavery earthiness with a lingering mouth feel.

THREE FINE WHITES - WHITE PORT 

40% VIOGNIER, 25% RIESLING, 

35% CHARDONEL BLEND - is a SEMI-DRY LIGHT PORT.
